I spoke candidly with Coach Michael KOLAPO Are. A pro youth football coach who says sport was born in him. Now based in Germany , he once had aspirations of playing professional football in his youth. His journey to becoming a top rated coach in Germany involves coping with rejection, being professional, intentional and determined about pursuing excellence and technical knowledge. He shares his experience of the German youth football development scene and gives suggestions for improvements in the Nigerian scene. Please beware there is some use of strong language.
